El interesado debe tener un promedio mayor a 7.5 puntos y preferentemente con conocimiento en t&eacute;cnicas de inmuno-histoqu&iacute;mica e inmunoflorescencia, y\/o de biolog&iacute;a molecular.<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n\t<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv689036333MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">T&iacute;tulo del Proyecto:<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<u>MECANISMOS IMPLICADOS EN LA INTERACCION SISTEMA ENDOTELINERGICO &#8211; TRANSMISION NORADRENERGICA EN EL HIPOTALAMO Y BULBO OLFATORIO DE RATAS HIPERTENSAS DOCA-SAL<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv689036333MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv689036333MsoNormal\" style=\"margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;text-align:justify\"><span style=\"font-size:16px\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">Resumen del Proyecto:<\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: Verdana\">&nbsp;Estudios realizados en nuestro laboratorio muestran que las endotelinas est&aacute;n involucradas en la regulaci&oacute;n de la transmisi&oacute;n noradren&eacute;rgica en el hipot&aacute;lamo anterior y posterior y en el bulbo olfatorio de ratas normotensas. Recientemente demostramos que las endotelinas administradas ex&oacute;genamente modulan la transmisi&oacute;n noradren&eacute;rgica en estas regiones en modelos animales de hipertensi&oacute;n arterial.
